I am really interested in joining a local Boot Camp for about two to three months to condition me before joining a Gym. How can one get in contact with the facilitator to get more details and ask more questions before signing up for a membership?

Claudia, you can start any time you like. We go month to month in terms of the membership for every routine, there are modifications so you’ll never feel left out. I’d love to have you out!

Can you start the boot camp anytime or do you have to wait until beginning of month to start? I’m moving to the area end of July and want to start a boot camp right away.
