Personal/Group Training Schedule:

  • Monday – Thursday – 6:00am and 6:30pm (all sessions including Saturday’s are 1 hour)
  • Saturday -8:45am

FAQ:

  • Which boot camp and/or personal training sessions am I able to attend? You are able to attend ANY of the sessions that fits within your schedule.  For our complete schedule and location, scroll above.
  • How will I be getting the home workouts, meal plan and recipes? Once you sign up for the program you will receive an email with all of the details on how to get started and what you need to bring. Everything is formatted digitally so you are able to access the content anywhere and print out materials that you want to take with you (like the workout program). You’ll recieve the workout manual on October 15th so we all begin together.
  • What if I can’t make the times allotted for personal training? No problem, under consideration, I’ll be glad to find a special time that works for you to train at the gym.
  • Do I have to live in St. Petersburg to be part of this program? Absolutely not. Although we would love to have you out for training, this program is open to you if you’re outside of the Tampa Bay area or just choose to have something to take with you to the gym. Our done-for-you system is also digitally made in an ebook format so you can get in the best shape of your life no matter where you are!
  • Can I bring my friends and family along? Yes. We’ve open this program up to 40 people so jump on board!
