7 Killer Flat Belly Exercises

Here are 7 of my favorite abdominal exercises I use on my personal training and St. Pete Boot Camp clients that I’ve turned into a killer 7 exercise circuit you can practically do anywhere.

Directions: Do each exercise for 30 seconds before moving to the next exercise with little to no rest. After completing the entire routine, rest 45 seconds and repeat for a total of 3-5 sets.
