Get yourself the newly developed resistance bands from resistancebandstraining.com and get it cranking with these 7 boot camp exercises we do using your own bodyweight and of course, the resistance bands. They are highly durable and great for swifter transitions from exercise to exercise when doing circuit routines. You are also able to expand your routines and add more variety, using these bands versus the typical version.
Do each exercise for 20 seconds each before resting 45-90 seconds. Complete 3-5 sets total. Make it Happen!

- Squat Press
