Try this butt, thigh and arm exercise

Coming soon, as I launch the official digital Fat Flush System 1.0, I just wanted to post this exercise I developed and prescribed for most of my clients this week that humbled and broke them down causing them to burn 500 calories and develop more muscle in as little as 30 minutes.

As I launch the Fat Flush System 1.0, coming soon, I would like to introduce to you a new style of training that has been tested and proven through my Fat Flush Beta tests, to bring results efficiently through Total Body Intervals. The following exercise is an example of total body training which requires you to perform several movements in one compound exercise with little or no rest.

Its simple, the more muscle you use, the more calories you burn during and after your workout.

So far, I call this exercise ”Bob Marleys” because you are required to “get up” off of the ground and “stand-up” on a platform with your arms overhead.

In this movement, you will perform a reverse lunge to the ground, bringing your second knee to the ground alongside the first. From this position, bring one foot forward into a forward lunge position and stand up. From this point, you will step up on a bench ot platform, step down and repeat the exercise.

Targeted muscles:

  • Butt
  • Thighs
  • Hips
  • Core
  • Shoulders

This routine is also an extreme cardio exercise, due to the stress applied to the kinetic chain causing a multitude of muscles to engage at once.
