It’s All About Vision and Balls!

I found it necessary to post this blog at this time considering it is the start of another year and according to statistical data, 90% of the people who set a New Year’s fitness resolution probably gave up on it already. If you fall into this category, now is the time to pick yourself back up, don’t sweat it but keep moving with a plan and the audacity to see your right for a more fulfilling lifestyle through.

If you are that elite 10% – good job, its not over yet but understand you the work you are investing in is making you better than the day you were yesterday. This blog will show you both how to stay focused and take control of your personal life with these two fundamental assets you must have.

There are two critical things you may lack that’s keeping you from personal success with your fitness and life, in general – Vision and a set of balls.

I’m always confronted with prospects who load me with the questions as to why are they not reaching their fitness goals despite spending tons of dollars on diet pills, powders, potions and fitness gadgets that’s supposed to promise the results they’re seeking. Of course, most of these products are spoofs, which I warn everyone to research before buying.

But whether this product or that diet works isn’t the underlying issue here. In fact, I guarantee my results and I am 1000000% confident that it works if you follow any of my programs how I suggest. I have tested and proved it over and over again with great success. Yet, honestly, there are those (although few) who don’t take advantage of my system to it’s fullest potential and find that the program did not work for them because they did not bring at least one of these key elements to the table.

When you peel the onion and get to the nucleus, it’s not so much about the tactics used. But starts with whether you begin your goal with a vision and the audacity to take action.

What do you mean by Vision, Damon?

Your vision is a vivid conception or anticipation of something you expect (not just want) to occur. It is more than just wanting to fit into those pair of skinny jeans but actually entails how you would feel when you have them on and the emotions that’ll follow when everyone see you in them strolling with your significant other downtown.

Your vision includes a timeline consisting of the specific and realistic date by which you see yourself in those skinny jeans. How would you know where to find point “B” if you don’t know what it looks like or how long you should travel to get there?

Finally, develop a plan to get there. How or what are you going to do to reach your goal of fitting in your skinny jeans or improving your financial stability this year? Write this down and continue to visualize doing it and feeling the accomplishment of finally getting there.

Get some balls and do it!

Now that you have the vision, the next thing is to take action. This may seem harder than it sounds but is as simple as putting one foot over the other.

See, there is no such thing as “the right time”. The time will never be right for you to get in the best shape of your life, have children or invest your labor skills in owning your own business. I don’t care how long you wait for that perfect world to come sitting in your lap, you will miss out on your right to success before it occurs if you don’t take action. It takes a bold act of just doing it and having the utmost confidence in your vision.

You have to have the attitude of apologizing (if need-be) later for taking action rather than explaining in the aftermath why you didn’t perform. Even if you fall, which happens, your spirit to take action will put you back on track as you reevaluate your plan and keep moving.

It is your responsibility to live your life to it’s fullest potential possible. Life is short, thus making every dream and desire you have extremely important.

But before you get started on your goals or continue to maintain them, acquire a gameplan that includes what, when and how you’re going to see it through. When you have this down, TAKE ACTION!

One can’t happen without the other. As long as you have both vision and the balls to make it happen, there is no stopping you in 2011.
